GPProj (Personal Project Manager) is a project-focused personal project manager for Windows and Linux users.
We all have projects. Some of us have many projects: meetings, classes, lectures, events, reports, case presentations, class work, seminars etc.
Or maybe we've been planning a trip, a vacation, or a strategy for running a marathon.
All are projects!
If you use email as your primary communication tool for your projects, GPProj is for you.
For each project, GPProj will manage for you e-mails, attachments or external files, contacts, tasks, calendar, notes, links, audios, inspirations and more.
GPProj is able to read e-mails saved in disk, keeping them for each project, centralizing everything you need in one place.
The contacts of each project are centralized in order to facilitate sending emails, which can also be done within the program itself.
Files that arrive in attachments to emails or other sources will be stored in a separate folder and viewed in the GPProj central window, files can be dragged as attachments to emails to be sent. These files can also be opened within the program itself.
Each project have task management and their due dates, as well as an appointment schedule.
A number of fields for notes and inspirations are available, as well as messages to be read when opening new sessions.
A timeline for checking the time worked on each project is updated automatically.
GPProj also has a plugin system to implement new features. GPProj comes with some plugins, like Pomodoro's time management technique, that help reducing procrastination and increase productivity.
GPProj's advantages over other project management systems are:
